GSSB series screen exposure machines are widely used in the plate making in screen printing industry. It is one of the important accessories in screen printing. The machine has a box structure and incorporates the characteristics such as automatic exposure manual , manual /automatic exposure etc.
There are 10 groups of exposure memory with the iodine gallium lamps power with a wavelength of 370mm each.
Precision style is equipped with imported rubber-blanket and lamp. After adjusting the film and frame, turn down the cover, switch on the clasp by handle, the machine will start automatically. To reset the machine, simply switch off the clasp. Our especial design for turning over the cover laid the operator in cleaning the inside of glass more easily.

GMM 1000/1500/2500 Automatic Squeegee Sharpener is used to grind various screen-printing squeegees. It can be used in either of two modes: automatic or manual handling and automatic handling.
The machine has eccentric adjustment clamping device. The clamping edge is manufactured to be smooth to correct the ductor body and clamp tightly.
The dust collector prevents the grinding scraps from splashing, which also keeps the working area clean.
The grinding wheel is made of emery, which improves the grinding precision and prolongs working life.
The squeegee edge can be ground within 0-45°.
The machine is controlled by PLC and the moving speed is adjusted steplessly.
