1.GST1060 Automatic stop cylinder screen printing machine
Main features

Details
1. Offset type Feeder
The original rear pick-up feeder technology taken from the offset Press, ensures stable and smooth feeding of various types of substrate. Dependant on the substrate, overlapped or single sheet feed can be selected easily. Four suck and four delivery feeding system. Equip with servo motor to set the feeding time easily.

2. Double sheet detector
Easy to set and adjust, suitable for thin and thick sheets

3. Feeding table
Imported stain steel delivery board, reduce static and friction. Rubber and the nylon wheel are suitable for the thin and thick paper adjustment.
The vacuum table with perforated belt makes the sheet feeding smoothly and stably
It is equipped with the sensors on the table to detect the miss feeding or jam of the sheets and stop the machine automatically

4. Front lay and side lay registration system with the sensor
The pull and push side lay can be switched by the pneumatic device, easy to switch the thin paper and thick paper, specially suitable for thick and laminated cardboard, E-corrugated board printing


The side lay and front lay sensors detect the sheets position automatically to make sure the high registration of every paper, greatly reduce the wasted printing
The both left and right side lay position can be adjusted electrically by servo motor


5.The stainless steel printing cylinder
The printing cylinder is made of stainless steel material, which is precise and durable.The paper teeth on the cylinder is designed to be flexible, the vacuum and blow air is on the cylinder holes, which is convenient to adjust at any time when printing on different thicknesses and thin papers

6. The frame pull out system
The screen frame can be lifed up and pulled out of the gear, easy to clean the mesh

7. Sheet delivery table
Double vacuum conveyor belt, controlled by the independent frequency. Suitable for different sheet size, avoid the damage to sheets and prevent the paper stuck,
